- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl; stir in milk, corn and cracker crumbs.

2Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.

3Drizzle with butter.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until firm.
