  • 1 (16 or 17 oz.) can corn
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Add corn to well beaten eggs.

    Add melted margarine and remainder of ingredients; mix thoroughly and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake in a moderate 350° oven until firm and brown, about 35 minutes.
