  • 2 c. white corn kernels
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine corn, flour, salt and sugar.

    Add beaten eggs with milk and margarine.

    Turn into greased souffle dish or casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times in early stages of baking before mixture sets.

    Do not stir once mixture has set.

    Continue to bake until golden and puffy.

    Serves 4.
