- 2 c. white corn kernels
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine corn, flour, salt and sugar.

2Add beaten eggs with milk and margarine.

3Turn into greased souffle dish or casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times in early stages of baking before mixture sets.

4Do not stir once mixture has set.

5Continue to bake until golden and puffy.

6Serves 4.
