  • 2 (6 oz.) bottles Texas Pete hot sauce
  • 1 (.7 oz.) pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. honey
  • chicken wings
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine hot sauce, dressing mix, margarine, Worcestershire sauce and honey. Set aside.

    Cut off and discard bony wing tip from wings.

    In a Dutch oven, heat oil for deep fat frying to 350°.

    Fry wings until crispy. Dip wings in sauce and serve.
