  • 1 c. fluid milk
  • 2 c. canned cream-style corn
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper (as you like)

Directions

    Put milk, corn and butter in a pan; heat until hot, but not boiling.

    Put eggs, sugar, flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

    Beat until smooth.

    Pour and stir corn mixture slowly into eggs.

    Put in baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, until a knife stuck in center comes out clean.

    Makes 6 servings, about 2/3 cup each.
