- 1 c. fluid milk
- 2 c. canned cream-style corn
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper (as you like)
Directions

1Put milk, corn and butter in a pan; heat until hot, but not boiling.

2Put eggs, sugar, flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

3Beat until smooth.

4Pour and stir corn mixture slowly into eggs.

5Put in baking pan.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, until a knife stuck in center comes out clean.

7Makes 6 servings, about 2/3 cup each.
