  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed

    Grate vegetables.

    In saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard seed to rolling boil.

    Pour over grated (chopped) vegetables.

    Store in refrigerator overnight.
