  • 3 eggs (yolks separated)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Beat together egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch.

    Add corn and milk.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

    Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish and dot top with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold.
