- 3 eggs (yolks separated)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Beat together egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch.

2Add corn and milk.

3Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

4Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish and dot top with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

5Serve hot or cold.
