- 2 c. Niblets corn
- 4 egg yolks, beaten lightly
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. butter
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Beat the yolks and corn lightly and set aside.

2Combine the flour, sugar, salt, butter and pepper.

3Add milk slowly, beating until smooth.

4Combine the 2 mixtures and pour into a well-greased casserole dish.

5Bake in a pan of water at 350° for 1 hour or until custard is firm.
