- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tsp. dry onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- black pepper
Directions

1Beat eggs with milk.

2Add corn, onion, sugar, margarine and pepper and mix well.

3Add Jiffy mix.

4Can be cooked in a bowl set in water in the crock-pot on high for an hour, then on low about 3 to 4 hours until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Can also be cooked in 325° oven for about an hour.

6If cooked in oven, place pudding bowl in a pan of water in center of oven.
