- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 Tbsp. or more butter
- 2 Tbsp. or more flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk (1 can evaporated milk can be substituted for 1 c.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt or less
Directions

1Add flour, salt and sugar to beaten eggs.

2Scald milk and butter.

3Add to egg mixture.

4Add corn and mix well.

6pan holding 1-inch of water.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
