  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 Tbsp. or more butter
  • 2 Tbsp. or more flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk (1 can evaporated milk can be substituted for 1 c.)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or less

Directions

    Add flour, salt and sugar to beaten eggs.

    Scald milk and butter.

    Add to egg mixture.

    Add corn and mix well.

    Place in a greased casserole dish in a

    pan holding 1-inch of water.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Check to see if center is firm.
