- 1 lb. carton creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (8 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Blend flour into cottage cheese.

2Add eggs, beating well. Stir

3in milk, corn, onion and seasonings.

4Pour into well-greased casserole.

5Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake, covered, at 225° for 30 minutes.
