  • 1 lb. carton creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

    Blend flour into cottage cheese.

    Add eggs, beating well. Stir

    in milk, corn, onion and seasonings.

    Pour into well-greased casserole.

    Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake, covered, at 225° for 30 minutes.
