  • 4 to 6 ears corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cut off and scrape corn ears.

    Add eggs, sugar, salt and melted butter. Add milk. Bake in 300° oven until firm.
