- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. milk, scalded
- 1/4 inch sliced small onion
- 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (12 oz. can)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2Butter 2 qt. casserole.

3Put eggs into food processor and cover.

4Process at stir until beaten.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Push mix button and process only until corn is thoroughly into batter.

7Pour into casserole and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes until firm.
