  • 2 c. corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 c. rich milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    If fresh corn, cook in as little amount of water as possible. Beat eggs in milk.

    Add rest of ingredients and bake in moderate oven at 350° until knife blade comes out clean (usually 50 to 60 minutes).
