  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 9 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 cans evaporated milk (large cans)

    Pour into a dish that has been well coated with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until firm.
