  • 2 c. corn (fresh or canned)
  • 2 whole eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt.

    Add eggs (beaten well). Stir in corn and milk.

    Bake in a buttered casserole dish at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Stir once, before it starts to set.
