  • 2 cans white Shoe Peg corn
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Drain corn; mix sugar and flour.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Beat in eggs and milk.

    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch dish; pour mixture in and bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
