  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 3/4 c. corn meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. chili peppers, chopped

    Mix all ingredients except cheese.

    Place in greased casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
