  • 4 c. fresh, frozen or canned cut corn
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. flour

Directions

    Mix together the corn, sugar, salt and baking powder.

    Combine eggs with butter and milk and alternately with flour a little at a time.

    Bake in a buttered casserole at 350°

    for 1 hour.
