  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can white cream-style corn
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir the ingredients once when mixture begins to thicken to prevent the corn from sticking on bottom of casserole. Serves 6.
