- 6 ears fresh corn or 1 can cream-style corn *
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Beat yolks slightly, then add all ingredients except egg whites.

2Beat whites until stiff, then fold into the rest of the ingredients.

3Pour into greased 1-quart casserole and bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes.
