  • 6 ears fresh corn or 1 can cream-style corn *
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Beat yolks slightly, then add all ingredients except egg whites.

    Beat whites until stiff, then fold into the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole and bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes.
