  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 c. white shoepeg corn (If using canned corn, use 2-15 1/2 oz. cans, and drain liquid)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix eggs, butter, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

    Add corn and blend well.

    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10 inch baking dish.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until set.
