- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. white shoepeg corn (If using canned corn, use 2-15 1/2 oz. cans, and drain liquid)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix eggs, butter, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

3Add corn and blend well.

4Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10 inch baking dish.

5Dot with butter.

6Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until set.
