- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 (8 or 10 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 c. sour cream (light works too)
Directions

1Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Mix all ingredients together with fork.

3Pour in pan.

4Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese over top of baked pudding. Bake 10 minutes longer.

5Cool.

6Cut in squares.
