Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 (8 or 10 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream (light works too)

Directions

    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix all ingredients together with fork.

    Pour in pan.

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese over top of baked pudding. Bake 10 minutes longer.

    Cool.

    Cut in squares.
