  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly; add corn and flour.

    Mix well and add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole dish.

    Set in a pan of water and bake 1 hour at 350° until a knife comes out clean.
