  • 4 ounces espresso
  • 12 cinnamon stick (3-inch long)
  • 4 teaspoons Creme de Cacao
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • whipped cream
  • grated semisweet chocolate (to garnish)

Directions

    Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso and let sit for 1 minute.

    Add creme de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.

    Pour into demitasse cups.

    Top with a bit of whipped cream and grated chocolate.
