  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

    Cook corn.

    Put flour and milk together and shake.

    Beat egg and add to flour and milk.

    Pour corn and flour and milk into a baking dish.

    Add butter to top, then salt and pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
