  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 stick melted butter
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 oz. no fat sour cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 11-inch glass pan.

    (Can top with 8 ounce shredded Swiss cheese last 5 minutes of baking time.)

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until light brown.
