- 8 oz. pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 8 oz. no fat sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 11-inch glass pan.

3(Can top with 8 ounce shredded Swiss cheese last 5 minutes of baking time.)

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until light brown.
