  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well; place in casserole dish.

    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and bake in pan of water for 2 hours at 325° to 350°.
