  • 3 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Drain whole kernel corn.

    Place in bowl with creamed corn.

    In processor or mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.

    Mix in bowl with corn.

    Pour mixture into 12 x 8-inch greased baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until when knife is inserted in center it comes out clean.
