- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Melt butter. Stir in flour, sugar and salt until blended. Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened.

2Remove from heat. Stir in corn, then eggs.

3Pour into 1-quart greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
