  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Melt butter. Stir in flour, sugar and salt until blended. Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened.

    Remove from heat. Stir in corn, then eggs.

    Pour into 1-quart greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
