  • 2 c. corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Combine corn, salt, sugar, flour and melted margarine; add beaten eggs and milk.

    Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350°

    for 35 minutes or until firm.
