  • 1 deep dish frozen pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

    Bake pie crust at 450° for 5 minutes.

    Cool.

    Reduce oven to 425°.

    Combine eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion and corn. Blend well, then stir in cheese.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes.
