Ingredients

  • 24 ears of corn
  • 6 red peppers
  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 5 c. vinegar
  • 6 green peppers
  • 4 large onions
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Cut corn off cob.

    Chop the pepper, onions and cabbage (I use a blender).

    To this add all the rest of the ingredients.

    Cook together for 20 minutes.

    Seal in sterilized jars.

    Makes 10 pints.
