- 12 ears corn
- 1 small head cabbage
- 3 sweet red peppers, seeded
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (dry mustard)
- 1 qt. vinegar
Directions

1Cook corn on cob just enough to set milk (about 3 minutes). Cut from cob; put cabbage, onions and peppers through food chopper, using coarse blade.

2Combine all vegetables.

3Blend salt, flour, turmeric, sugar and mustard.

4Add vinegar gradually.

5Bring to a boil and add to the vegetables.

6Simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Seal at once in hot sterilized jars.
