Ingredients

  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 8 c. cut corn
  • 1 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. red pepper, diced
  • 4 c. cabbage, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. French's mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. plain salt
  • 4 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric

Directions

    Boil corn for 5 minutes.

    Remove seeds from pepper and chop. Mix all ingredients with 1 cup water and simmer for 20 minutes. Bring to a boil; put in hot jars and seal.

    Makes 10 pints.
