  • 8 cups fresh corn
  • 3-1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1-1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 3-1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp. ground tumeric
  • 1 tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 tbsp. salt
