  • 2 1/4 pounds potatoes
  • 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped, and oregano
  • 1 cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika

Directions

    Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

    Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and herbs. Add pepper and paprika.

    Cut the potatoes into wedges and stir the in the mayonnaise mixture.

    Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven, until golden, stirring half way through.

    Serve with some delicious grilled meat like lamb or beef.
