- 2 1/4 pounds potatoes
- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped, and oregano
- 1 cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
Directions

1Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

2Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and herbs. Add pepper and paprika.

3Cut the potatoes into wedges and stir the in the mayonnaise mixture.

4Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven, until golden, stirring half way through.

5Serve with some delicious grilled meat like lamb or beef.
