  • 60g vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pistachio or any other type of nuts
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberry
  • 1 stick Natvia

Directions

    Heat honey on high until just bubbling and add peanut butter and stir.

    Let cool before adding protein powder.

    Then add cranberries and nuts.

    Press into loaf pan (with baking paper). Let set in fridge for 3 hrs or freezer for 1hr.

    Tips and Tricks This recipe is not 100% sugar free. If you dont want to use honey, boil 3/4 cup Natvia in water, stirring continuously and then add peanut butter to it. Rest of the method same as above.
