- 1 qt. chopped onions
- 2 qt. ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut up
- 14 ears corn, cut from cob
- 1 sweet (red or green) pepper, cut fine
- 8 small cukes, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 pt. 5% acid vinegar
Directions

1Put everything in a large pot.

2Cook slowly until tender. Wash and scald 9 pint jars and lids.

3When vegetables are tender, put in jars and seal while hot.

4Makes 9 pints.
