- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. onion
- shredded cheese
Directions

1Cook rice by package directions; add the stick of oleo.

2Mix corn and soup with rice.

5Pour mixture into casserole dish.

6Cover top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for about 20 to 30 minutes (until cheese melts).
