Corn Rice Casserole

- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 c. raw rice
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. corn, drained
Directions

1Put chopped onion and green pepper in bottom of 2-quart casserole.

2Cover with rice and corn.

3Cover with 1 can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water.

4Place meat in a layer on top of sauce. Salt and pepper and add Worcestershire sauce, then cover with second can of sauce.

5Cut bacon into strips and cover top.

6Cook covered for 45 minutes at 350°.

7Uncover and pour off grease; cook 15 more minutes.
