- 2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn
- 1 pkg. Manhattan yellow rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sharp cheese
Directions

1Prepare rice according to instructions of package.

2Add butter, stir until melted.

3Add corn and soup.

4Grate 1 cup or more of sharp cheese.

5Combine with mixture.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

7Remove from oven and sprinkle some cheese on top and paprika (for color).
