  • 2 (16 oz.) cans white corn, drained
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 c. grated green peppers
  • 1/2 c. grated onions
  • 4 stalks grated celery
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Combine vegetables, mixing lightly.
