  • 20 ears tender corn
  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 4 large onions
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 4 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. turmeric powder

    Cut corn from cob.

    Cut up celery.

    Grind onions and peppers on coarse grinder.

    Cook slowly 20 minutes. This makes 7 pints.
