  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans, Drained (optional - For More Protein)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes, Drained (or Dice Up 2-3 Fresh Tomatoes)
  • 1 can Sliced Black Olives, Diced (optional)
  • 2 whole Bell Peppers, Any Color, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Whole Jalapenos, Diced (1 Whole Cup If Youre Brave)
  • 1/4 cups Lite Italian Salad Dressing
