  • 3 cans Mexican Corn W/peppers (drained)
  • 1 jar Salsa (12 Oz)
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (can Use Light)
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream (can Use Light)
  • 1 can Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8oz)

Directions

    Drain corn.

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with chips.

    My personal favorite is to serve it with multi-grain tortilla chips.

    Fresh corn and peppers could be used, but if you have everything in your pantry, this is a great dip for unexpected guests.
