- 2 (No. 2) cans creamed corn
- 2 c. milk
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Heat corn and milk.

2Gradually stir into eggs.

3Add 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs and onion.

4Pour into greased 2-quart casserole pan.

5Pour melted butter over 1 cup crumbs.

6Sprinkle over corn. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
