- 2 c cooked fresh corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 2 c rich milk
- 3 or 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 T butter, melted
- 1 green pepper, cut in rings
Directions

1Combine the corn, salt and sugar.

2Dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of milk, then add the remaining milk to the corn mixture.

3Add the eggs and butter.

4Pour into a buttered casserole and top with pepper rings.

5Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until set.
