- 6 ears corn (remove from cob)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat butter and saute onion until translucent.

2Add corn and cook until soft.

3Remove from heat and let cool.

4Add half of corn mixture to food processor with eggs, cornstarch and cream.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Process until smooth.
