- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pt. canned corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Melt butter; mix with flour and pour milk on gradually.

2Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.

3Add corn, seasoning, yolks of eggs (well beaten) and stiffly beaten whites.

4Turn into buttered baking dish and bake in moderate oven at 325° for 30 minutes.

5Makes 6 servings.
